This policy explains how LITS ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website and join our waitlist. We process your data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the data you provide:

• Name
• Email
• Phone / WhatsApp
• Region where you play
• Club you're a member of (or not)
• Where you usually play (optional)

We also automatically log technical data: IP address, connection country, browser (user agent) and language — used for security and spam prevention.

2. How we use it

• To contact you when LITS launches in your region or club;
• To share news about the app launch;
• To understand demand by region and club to prioritize rollout;
• To measure and improve our campaigns and website.

3. Legal basis

We process your signup data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in building and launching the product. You actively requested to join the waitlist — you can opt out at any time (section 7).

4. Cookies and measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure visits and signups and to optimize our ad campaigns. The Pixel uses cookies and may collect your IP address and browsing data on this site. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the waitlist form.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that enable our operation: hosting and database infrastructure (Cloudflare) and ad measurement (Meta). We do not send your data to generic third-party mailing lists.

6. Storage and security

Your data is stored in a managed database (Cloudflare D1) with restricted access. We keep data only as long as necessary for the launch and our relationship with you; you can request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights (LGPD)

At any time, you may request:

• Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Deletion or anonymization of your data;
• Withdrawal of consent and removal from the waitlist.
